I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at MSU on a federally funded Education Innovation and Research (EIR) project that partners with HBCUs to promote equitable access to culturally responsive science curricula for students and teachers in rural Alabama and North Carolina.
My research agenda focuses on
I hope that my work will assist in creating a more equitable education system for all students.

My work focuses on designing outreach materials, assisting with developing and maintaining external partners, and publishing research on rural schools and the need for science equity for students as a social justice issue for rural communities. I also engage in teaching opportunities and the ongoing development of my research agenda.
